Welcome
Thank you for visiting Applied
BioFuels.
Applied BioFuels Corporation (ABF) is a green energy development company focused
on constructing modular renewable
Energy Islands
in partnership with Native American tribes, Native Alaskan villages, state and
local governments, as well as private investors. ABF is positioned to take
advantage of opportunities that exist in the biomass energy industry. ABF
builds and operates highly profitable, modular Energy Island facilities that
process locally harvested non-traditional biomass feedstocks into liquid fuels,
high-value solid fuels and co-generated electricity. In addition to being
profitable without government incentives, ABF Energy Islands are designed to be
completely off “the grid,” non-polluting and use virtually no water. Energy
Islands are customizable and flexible, with a number of revenue streams,
positioning ABF to implement the most profitable commodity sales strategies,
while supporting local economic and agricultural interests and providing
baseline liquid fuels that are competitively priced to their petroleum based
counterparts without reliance on government production subsidies. This
represents a significant change in an industry mired by lopsided commodity
pricing realities that force a need for governmental support.
ABF employs
relative new but proven biomass crops that generate the highest net margins in
the liquid biofuels industry in addition to providing higher net operating
profits for local participating farmers at each facility. ABF’s model ensures
that each of its facilities has cost effective feedstock for liquid biofuel
production, something that has been lacking in the biofuel industry and plaguing
it for years.
By utilizing a local for
local business model, an ABF facility will also help local agriculture
by providing higher net financial yields per acre for the farmer while securing
feedstock availability for the production facility for years to come.
In short, everyone wins with
an ABF facility!
